  1. Thank you so much for publishing these recipes. I make three delicious recipes of yours last Shabbat. Loved by all. I plan to use these recipes at an upcoming synagogue International Food Dinner that we do on Friday nights a few times a year. I’ll have to figure out how to make this work cooking for ~100 people. I’m hoping the Cuban Roasted Chicken with Mojo Sauce will work with cut up chicken pieces, going to give it a try! Also making the Cuban Chicken Soup with Matzoh Balls, Zucchini and Black Beans. Such great flavors!
